Week 1- 5 finds

I like the simplicity of the color choice in this logo, and it is creative in the way the r's make an m. This company unfamiliar to me, but the font and little diamond shape gives the impression that it is classy. Like our initial project, I think this is a good example of how to make letters creative and artsy while still representing a company. Once again, it only uses one color, and I like the simplicity of the red and black combination.

As for this logo, I think it is fun and cute. The spoon gives it away that it involves the food industry without knowing anything else about the company.

This Johnny Walker logo is a good example of taking lines out and using the negative space. It is interesting to look at because of the abstraction.

The squiggly lines make this logo different from the others, but it also eliminates lines in the letters like some of the previous ones. I do think there are a few excessive lines, which only serve as a distraction. Perhaps something like this would work better on CD art rather than printed on a business card.
